ACNielsen’s mission is to be recognized as the clear leader amongst professional marketing research companies in Europe. We apply our exceptional understanding to derive everything we do by knowing what our clients in industry and retailers need to achieve, developing our people.
We are dedicated to provide an environment for our associates where they feel continuously challenged and motivated to develop skills and knowledge that will enable them to create value to our clients.
In case of that mission our recruitment policy follows 2 paths:
- Hiring experienced people, high performing level, with industry or retailer expertise as a short term initiative to meet our client’s expectations.
- Hiring new starters as a long term initiative, building up a highly qualified young talents pool and support their growth towards new leadership generation for the future.
